The Arizona Chapter of the Association of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurses is very excited to be hosting the First Annual Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurses Symposium. Pediatric hem/onc physicians from Phoenix Children's and Banner Children's will be presenting. We are very excited for this opportunity to network with other pediatric hem/onc nurses in Arizona and learn more from our wonderful providers. Admission for the symposium is included as a benefit of membership in the local AZ APHON Chapter. To become a local AZ APHON Chapter member, you can pay your dues via Venmo ($20 to @AZAPHON) or pay your dues at the door.
