Join us for an immersive 2-hour breathwork experience in St. Pete, FL, hosted by the Refuge Leadership Academy Practitioners and Leadership Team. This workshop celebrates the graduation of our Class 001 Refuge Leadership Trauma-Informed Practitioners, who have spent the last 4 months in intensive, weekly training to become experts in trauma-informed practices. This community immersion is designed to support and serve our community and each individual in their healing and growth. Through the power of breathwork, you will experience a safe and effective way to release trauma and stress from your body and mind, allowing you to feel more relaxed, centered, and empowered. Whether you're dealing with past traumas, everyday stress, or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, this workshop is for you. Our trained facilitators will guide and support you throughout the experience as we journey using the power of our breath, sound, and movement.
