Florida Lawn Care – In-Person class

Description

This in-person class will provide suggestions on ways to keep Florida lawns healthy and well maintained through the summer. We will cover several popular types of Florida turfgrasses and some of their infamous pests and diseases. We will also discuss some of the store-bought products for lawns and their effectiveness. This class will be taught by Calvin Gardner, Extension Agent in Orange County, FL. Payment policy: $5.00 per individual. Pre-registration is required along with the non-refundable class registration fee. All ticket sales are final, no refunds. Orange County Master Gardener Volunteers' are allowed free admission, to register please email Jeanette Mercado at [email protected]. Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled you will receive a notification, and a refund confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process. Refunds for class cancellations may take up to 30 days to process if registration fee is paid by cash or check.
