Presented by:Wright Transportation Inc Benefits: Proceeds from the Buckaroo Stampede will benefit the Buckaroo Foundation. The mission of the Buckaroo Foundation is to provide access for children and adults with special needs to hippo therapy which uses the movement of horses to influence the rider’s posture, balance, function, and sensory processing. (http://www.buckaroofoundation.org/)            Location:  Downtown Daphne: start in front of Daphne City Hall, Daphne, AL 36526 Distance:  Certified 5K course (AL14019JD); Fun Run approximately 1 mile Start Times: 8:00 AM – 5K Start       9:00 AM – Fun Run Start      Registration:  Register by mail (entries should be postmarked by May 6, ), in person at McCoy Outdoor, Run-N-Tri, or Fleet Feet in Mobile until noon on May 11. Early packet pick-up on Friday from 9 AM – 3 PM at Wright Transportation (2333 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, AL  36605)    Race day registration and packet pick-up on race morning in front of Daphne City Hall from 6:30 -7:45 AM Awards:  5K: Top male and female, and top three male and female in age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+ FUN RUN: All fun run finishers will receive a finishers ribbon. Group Costume / Matching Costume Awards Shirts:  Participants registered by May 1, will be guaranteed a t-shirt in the size requested on race day. After May 1, shirts cannot be guaranteed. Post-Race: Food, beverages, awards, and Costume Contest judging after the race on the front lawn of the Daphne City Hall. Winner of the 50/50 split the pot raffle announced.
