Adria is a trauma-informed facilitator, yoga teacher, and founder of the school of radical healing — a BIPOC-centered space that teaches self-regulation and promotes trauma recovery through somatics, love, and language. Learn more about her and the SORH at www.theSORH.com
Go deeper and melt into the mat with a gentle yin-inspired yoga practice led by Adria. Slow-paced and deliberate, guests are guided through a series of postures focused on stretching the connective tissue and releasing built up tension.
Brialle Ringer is an internationally recognized wellness educator, embodiment facilitator, healer, and coach. She supports social change leaders feel greater ease, joy, and pssion in their sacred service. Through somatic healing practices such as breathwork, she guides participants into alignment with the life and work that's most meaningful to them.
Brialle will guide you through a meditative journey using a 3-part breathing pattern to help drop into a liminal space between conscious and unconscious where radical transformation is possible. As we access the subconscious mind, we cut to the truth quite quickly, seeing clearly what you’ve been carrying for far too long and what’s ready to be released. The release creates a clearing, a clean slate, where anything is possible. Space to align with who you truly are, free of limitations and lies from past programming. Along the way, Brialle will send energy healing to the group to support you going deep and gettin’ free.
