Description

Please join us for dinner and a discussion about senior transition planning! For anyone who is a senior or has an elder loved one, we're bringing three individuals who specialize in assisting seniors and their families manage their real estate and property matters. Colleen Levitt is a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) based at Keller Williams Metro in Royal Oak. She founded The Twins Team with her twin sister, Maureen, in 2015. While Maureen has moved to Hawaii to start an expansion team there, Colleen remains with KW Metro as a successful agent in the local market. She was just awarded placement in Real Producer Magazine’s Top 500 agents of 2023, an award reserved for the Top 5% of agents locally. She’s a member of the Agent Leadership Committee at KW Metro as well as the founder of the brokerage’s Investment Group. Howard H. Collens is a founding member of Galloway and Collens, PLLC, in Huntington Woods. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, and real estate law. He serves on the legislative committee of the State Bar of Michigan’s Elder Law and Disability Rights Section (ELDRS) and as a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section. He has also served on the Royal Oak Aging in Place Task Force’s Working Group on Community Engagement and Inclusion. Alissa Agnoli is the CEO of Caring Transitions of Southeast Michigan, a concierge service that helps families and loved ones move into their transition phase. This includes right sizing clients to a home that fits their physical needs, whether an assisted living space or a smaller home. Caring Transitions is the bridge between agencies and families to facilitate a stress-free move. This means counseling loved ones on what to bring to their new space, how to get them and their belongings there, and what to do with the possessions they are not transitioning.
