Join Stars Healing Energy on March 26th at 3pm with guided intention setting followed with a beautiful sound bath. The cost is $20. (before taxes and fees) While we get settled in we will set a personal intention for the class. Please bring: •a yoga mat •a bolster or pillow if you have it •a block or blanket •a journal & pen if you wish to take notes at any point •wear something comfortable (yoga attire) Sound is one of the oldest forms of healing known to mankind and has been used the world over to tune and transform our wellbeing and consciousness. The tones produced by the Crystal Bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body – every organ, bone, chakra and cell has a resonant frequency and when our bodies feel sluggish, imbalanced or unhealthy, sound can reset and re-tune these subtle energy fields. The calming sound waves, which emanate from the bowls, immediately put the brain into a meditative state and envelop the body.
