10 Indoor cycling classes at roll: Bexley using perceived effort and interval training to maintain and grow cycling fitness base for the 2023 season. Pre-register to reserve your spot and Wahoo Snap Trainer, as space and supplies are limited. Just bring your bike, cycling clothing/shoes, towel and hydration. Please arrive at 5:15PM for set-up.
