Coven New Moon Circle A sacred space for those who identify as women* to gather, express and connect deeply to oneself and to the collective. What are you navigating, shifting or shedding? Come to the Circle to be seen and celebrated exactly as you are. Held on the night of the new moon, the Circle offers space to harness this astrological opportunity to reconnect, reflect and set powerful intentions. Rooted in love and acceptance and free of pressure or judgement, the Circle creates deeply nourishing, supportive and expansive connections. With practices such as meditation, journaling, open expression, light breathwork/nervous system regulation, cleansing/intention setting rituals, laughter & play, the Circle is a sweet mix of internal time AND community magic. *further explanation and inclusivity: those who identify as women, non-binary, trans women and all who feel called; please reach out for additional clarification if needed What is a Moon Circle? Since ancient times, our ancestors have gathered in Circle to share hearts, experiences and wisdom, to honor and cultivate our inherent connection to Mother Earth, and to harness the healing power of a supportive community. The magic of our shared vulnerability is potent, undeniable and vastly medicinal. As tradition, the Circle is meant to be a collective collaboration - each soul who brings an open heart and the intention to both give and receive support creates the unique energy of the Circle. There is full encouragement to take up space and simultaneously no pressure to be anything other than what you are. Whether active or observant, your presence is a gift. What Should I Bring? Bring a journal/notebook, a pen, a water bottle, and your favorite blanket if you wish to be extra cozy (though pillows and blankets will be provided!). Dress comfortably and authentically! While Circles are an opportunity to dress in the spirit of the divine feminine (whatever that uniquely means to you), there is also full permission to come as comfortably as possible, pj’s and all! Your Facilitator Hi there! My name is Hannah Bush and I am a local Cleveland yoga teacher and space holder, passionate about creating safe spaces to feel and express. My deepest joy is supporting others to be seen and held in whatever they are experiencing, releasing and growing through. I believe in the healing powers of presence, compassion, non-judgement, grace and love, and that when equipped with the tools that resonate most, we are inherently capable of cultivating a life that feels sacred, connected, peaceful, joyous and fulfilling. For many years I believed my healing journey was something I was meant to navigate on my own, but I now understand how vital it is to practice this internal work together - alongside community. With utmost reverence to this life path of service, I am so excited to share in the medicine of Moon/Soul Circle’s and with the beautiful Coven Community.
