Friday, May 19th Friday evening, starting at 6 pm, we will host a reception with live music featuring a Frank Sinatra band. We will also have a raffle which attendees find fun and just love. Hors d'oeuvres will be served. Stay tuned for more details. Saturday, May 20th Registration starts at 7 am, and a continental breakfast will be served. The Annual Meeting will start promptly at 8 am and will conclude by 4 pm. Please note that all events take place on the 2nd floor of the Crown Plaza Hotel. Hotel, transportation, and restaurants should be booked in advance. The hotels in Downtown Cleveland are expected to sell out. FAQs What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Getting downtown from the airport takes 25 minutes via a cab, Uber, or Lyft. There is also a train located at the airport that takes you to the central downtown area. There is valet parking provided for a fee at the hotel. You may find less expensive parking options at garages within walking distance of the hotel. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations received in writing on or before April 15th will be refunded minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received in writing between April 15th, and May 1st will be refunded minus 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be made after May 1st. Your registration may be transferred. Attendees should be aware that while we will make every effort to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, it is possible that attendees will come in contact with people in airports, on public transportation, and in other public areas with individuals who could potentially carry the virus. The FMDSA will follow CDC recommendations when informing participants about decisions pertaining to health and safety precautions for the 2023 Annual Meeting.If you are attending the Annual Meeting, we recommend that you take the following precautions: Ensure that your COVID-19 vaccinations are up to date. Take a rapid COVID test within 24 hours prior to your departure for the Annual Meeting, and do not attend in person if you test positive. Do not attend the meeting if you have symptoms of a respiratory infection, and leave the meeting if you develop such symptoms. Wear a mask in crowded indoor settings except while eating. Follow all health and safety protocols as required by the Annual Meeting facility and local and state health departments. Registered attendees will be notified in advance of any changes to Annual Meeting precautions, recommendations, or requirements.
