Your inner growth, and connection to higher self & source is very unique which brings about infinite possibilities and ways to connect and recharge. Whether you want to introspect, release, relax, go into a deep sleep, or connect with a spirit guide, Inner Sync is all about you, and your peace of soul. A preview of our day: We begin Inner Sync with our Grounding Welcome + Land Acknowledgements, where we begin our circle by thanking the sacred land we will be healing with, honoring the land, our ancestors, and all of us present. This is the time to be in your presence, in your own inner bubble, to ground, and connect uniquely with your vessel to the sacred land that will be holding us. Then we will gently transition into our gratitude prayers circle. Here, we come together and hold hands to honor our presence and gratitude. After acknowledging the sacred land, it is now time to honor every soul present. This exercise gives us the opportunity to learn beings/souls' preferred names and pronouns. To meet, connect & engage with the space & also begin to get to know beautiful beings in our community. It is also an opportunity for all of us to practice expressing our gratitude as well & say any prayers we wish to say in a powerful collective circle. We will transition into our first offering guided by our sister, Andrea "Sunshine" Villarreal. She is a 500 HR Certified Baptiste Inspired Yoga Teacher. She is a lover of love ❤️ She found a mind and body connection that led her to a spiritual connection, and on a journey to empower others! Journey into Power is a yoga sequence where you can find your own strength through a series of poses. Please make sure to bring…. comfortable clothes, lots of water, and your yoga mat and/or any assisted blocks needed. Blankets may also serve as a substitute for blocks. This practice is open to all levels of growth. You will then be guided on a beautiful sound healing journey by our Illumin8 team. A Sound Bath, guided-meditation created with the intention to assist you into an inward, deep meditative state of heart grounding and equanimity. Each meditation is guided by the flow of spirit, yet the themes will focus on mainly assisting you in diving deeper into your own unique inner wisdom, growth, empowerment + connection. The sound healing journey consists of instruments such as: Crystal Singing Bowls, a Didgeridoo, a Rain Stick, a Flute, & a third eye tuner. We also sometimes spontaneously add new/different elements at each gathering. We encourage you to bring any tools to further assist you in your sound journey (some examples: crystals, scarf to cover your eyes, journal, oracle cards, etc.) What you usually integrate in your daily practice, feel welcomed to bring it with you. Lastly, we will end our circle with our closing ceremony, Surrender in Love. Arlene will be guiding us through a collective, heart-centered meditation + intentional visualization + release. The intention of this closing ceremony, is to hold space for you to release whatever you feel is weighing your heart down. An opportunity for you to face what is impacting the trust, openess, and loving kindess of your heart. A call to dive deeper within your heart wounds, that only you are aware of, and surrender in love. We will then transition into conversation with our closing gratitude & reflections. An opportunity for us to share in community and exercise our throat (communication) channels. Here you may share whatever you feel called to share with the group. Whether it be a mirroring connection, a gratitude expression, or words of wisdom, whatever you speak into this circle was meant to be said & heard. Those urges to speak up, we bravely encourage them at inner sync, and hold this space at the end to allow for community members to share those reflections that are deeply appreciated & heard. After closing the circle, we will have a community potluck + connection. What a beautiful way to end our healing than to come together and share some yummy food/snacks/beverages & get to know each other more. This is the part where we may meet and mingle with other community members in attendance including your guides. You are more than welcome to bring anything you feel called to bring. It is also not mandatory to bring something. Anything is welcomed!
