Sherri Miller is a speaker, author and thought leader with a strong passion for growing people and organizations. Since 2007, Sherri leads a boutique consulting firm, Center for Extraordinary Success who serves banks, fortune 500 companies, privately held businesses, law firms, accounting groups, not for profits, foundations and government agencies. She is called on by leaders for her ability to transform organizational cultures. Prior to consulting Sherri spent 20 years in banking where she successfully developed and implemented acquisition strategies that resulted in highest customer retention rates in the history of the third largest US bank. Subsequently she was named market president developing and leading a $750 million privately held bank to their largest growth ever doubling asset size to $1.5 billion in less than 6 years. Sherri is called on by banks, government, business and not for profit leaders for her input, ideas, and recommendations for new and struggling strategies. She is passionate about serving, so others can achieve higher levels of success. Sherri has been recognized as a leader across the state of Indiana. Her early learnings of service came mostly from her Mother Connie, who was a teacher and social worker. Throughout her childhood family values were their way of living, giving back, compassionate understanding and respect of others. Sherri continues to live out these family values through serving community organizations including AWS Foundation, Anthony Wayne Rehabilitations Services, Camp Red Cedar, Parkview Foundation, Parkview Hospital, Mad Anthony's Foundation, Global Leadership Network, Love Fort Wayne, formally Global Leadership Summit and Beyond, YMCA Metro, Bishop Dwenger High School and St. Vincent DePaul Church. She has received recognition with the highest achievement award by Banc One CEO, John B. McCoy, Indiana Bankers Association and Leadership Grant County. In addition, Sherri is certified Predictive Index partner, Cohen Brown Sales Training, graduate of Community Bankers Association Leadership, and Dale Carnegie. Sherri is married to husband and best friend John Jr. for 28 years and loves spending time with sons John III (24) and Jack (20). Her vision of a successful life is serving others to achieve unimaginable results.
