Come join us for at least one of our 3 FREE, Beginner-Level, Gentle TAI CHI classes led by accredited local instructor. Family Friendly and safe for all experience levels. The goal is to provide new coping skills and to foster recovery-friendly interests and wellness practices to our local recovering people. Children and Teens are welcome but participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian. This event is based on a collaboration between the McLean County ROSC, Chestnut Health Systems, and The Junction and Home Sweet Home. Please note there are three separate dates but it is not necessary to attend all three sessions.
