What is this? I offer a weekly Compassion and Progression meditation in person at our home.
Why? I believe compassion for the self is how I have found more compassion for others. And this has greatly reduced my stress and helped me move forward in life and my work. I hope it will do the same for you.
Why In-Person? This kind of meditation Is many times more effective in person so I make it available in person.
What is it like? Each week is a little different. It keeps it fresh. I take a fun approach bringing joy to the practice. If you have a hard time with meditation this method is wonderful to help you meditate better. If you are advanced in meditation it can take you deeper. Its small group format. 1-5 people. You will be seated on chairs. This style is a guided meditation practice. Benefits It’s relaxing, de-stressing, clarifying, integrating, centering and fun and you will come out feeling good!
Who is leading it? I’m David Tejeda. And I have a background in meditation, healing and personal empowerment.
What Amenities? You will have access to a bathroom and filtered water and have a cozy space to meditate. Sorry, not set up for wheelchair access.
How punctual? I tend to start on time. So arrive early if you want to attend. I will lock the door at 8:05pm so the guided meditation will not be disturbed. Please text if you are running late. I like to end early with a little time to share experience or mingle or ask questions after.
