The Pathways to Homeownership Soft Second program is designed to cover the affordability gap between the maximum amount that a homebuyer can afford and the purchase price of the home. Eligible individuals may qualify for up to $65,000 for downpayment and closing assistance. Keys for Service: Keys for Service, a first-of-its-kind homeownership assistance program, to provide down payment and closing cost assistance for active, full-time law enforcement officers, firefighters, paramedics, and certified teachers.
