In response to the Fall 2022 Advancing Equity community convenings, we are excited to reach out to invite you to attend the Spring Session as we meet your desire to continue the dialogue and learn more about how we can collectively impact Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in the Cedar Valley. Even if you haven’t attended prior sessions, we want you to join us on this journey! A brief agenda for the day can be found below Facilitated Learning/Training: Barriers to Hiring and Retention : Led by Top RANK and including real workplace strategies shared by various Cedar Valley employers who have identified creative solutions. Collaborative Working Groups: Addressing the Roots: We cannot do this work in silos! Come prepared to have discussions that can help lead to solutions. Share Back & Action Steps Developed: Learn from the group and help define action steps to move the Cedar Valley forward in our equity journey.
