Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice to relieve stress. Also known as Yogic Sleep, it can be as restorative as sleep, though you remain fully conscious. This is a 75 minute session. A guided meditation will lead you to a state of deep relaxation. Reiki healing energy will be sent to all participants during the final portion of the class. You will leave feeling refreshed, focused and rested.
No prior yoga experience necessary.
