Your Nutritionist (Food for Life Instructor) will be Joan, a wife, mother, healer, and MUCH MORE. She became plant-based on May 15, 2016, after her husband's doctor determined he was at high risk for a heart. That same day Joan and her husband purchased the book Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease by Caldwell Esselstyn Jr., M.D., and immediately cleared their kitchen. Within one month of adopting a plant-based diet, Joan's husband's cholesterol dropped by 50. Joan wishes that they had known about this. They no longer get sick, wake up feeling great, look younger, and have lost over 125 lbs. together without even. Joan now wants to share this with the world.
