She provides financial solutions that deliver peace of mind for her clients and associates. She champions the cause of individuals and families and empowers them to achieve their goals and dreams. LaTasha Clark RN, BSN Motivational Speaker With over 25 years in the healthcare profession, LaTasha Clark, RN, BSN, has provided nursing care to the people of Sacramento since age 25. LaTasha worked as a CNA for seven years, an LVN for four years, and an RN for 13 years in a professional setting, all the one organization. Currently working as a Cardiac Intervention Nurse, a patient advocate, and an educator, LaTasha understands the importance of choosing a healthy lifestyle and how minimizing stress can add years to your life. LaTasha earned her CNA at the Sacramento Urban League, her LVN from Sacramento City College, her associate Degree in Nursing at American River College, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University. With a passion for women and public health, LaTasha understands the importance of showing self-love through managing mental, physical, and spiritual health. Candace Brooks Creative Intuitive Strategist Candace Brooks, a Northern California native, attended American River College and San Francisco State University, majored in Business Administration and Cinematography, with the dream of becoming an executive film producer. Life had a different plan for her; she “funded out” of school and started working in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors developing her skills in organizational management and strategic planning. In 2014, CB Management Solutions & Consulting, LLC was launched; full-service management & consulting company focused on vision development, branding & event management. In 2017, Taste & Art, LLC was launched; a lifestyle brand focused on curating experiences centered around Black Culture, Creativity, and Purpose. In 2020, CMC Management Group, LLC was launched with 2 other partners; an event & venue management company focused on activating empty commercial properties in opportunity zones. 1913, our first project opened Feb. 2021 with plans to activate additional properties. As her professional experience & network grew, her passion for people lead her to launch her first business utilizing her skills to empower her community. She has been the lead in planning, executing, and managing different projects and events over the last 20 years ranging from private parties to empowerment seminars. You name it she’s probably done it or been involved in it! Bringing “visions to life” is her motivation and empowerment is her superpower. Her energy will surely be seen, as well as felt, by everyone she meets. Audreyell Anderson-White Senior Deputy City Attorney, Author As a native of South Sacramento, she is the first in her family to graduate from college, Sacramento State University, and from law school, McGeorge School of Law. Mrs. Anderson-White is a wife and mother of a blended family with 7 children. She's also a singer, songwriter, and published poet. Her first book, Crown Me, was published in 2022. It is a collection of poetic reflections on the many crowns God has gifted us, including parentage, personal responsibility, African- American heritage, and children of the Light. Naimah Moon Poet, Actress Born and raised in Sacramento, Ca. After graduating from Valley High School, she attended Gambling State University, where she had her first appearance on stage, performing an original spoken word piece for Ma Rainey’s Top Bottom. After that, she spent years working as a Recreational Therapist for the California Department of Corrections. However, she always had a passion for acting and decided to take a leap of faith to pursue her dreams. She played extras in films such as “When a Woman’s Fed Up” and “Notorious Nick”. In addition, she has been featured in several employee training videos and commercials as a voice over artist. Her passion for theater landed her role’s in A Midsummer Night Dream and Dracula, which was held at the Celebration of Arts Theater in Sacramento, CA. She has developed a love for theater and thanks her family and friends for their support in helping her pursue her dreams.
