South Carolina Chapter - Nat'l Scleroderma Foundation and Medical University of South Carolina joint scleroderma patient education conference featuring Dr. Lee Shapiro, Keynote Speaker, speaking on How You Can Advance Scleroderma Care; Jameela Goudarzi, NP, speaking on Self Care and the Management of Chronic Conditions. Other speakers include Dr. Carol Feghali-Bostwick, Dr. DeAnna Baker-Frost, Dr. Natalie Saini, and Dr. Richard M. Silver. Free Event - light breakfast and full hot lunch included. Gluten free and vegetarian options available. In-person event with Zoom participation available. Registration is required for both in-person AND Zoom options. Register by March 17, 2023 for either option. Event will take place in the Drug Discovery Building on the MUSC campus, adjacent to 96 Jonathan Lucas Street, Charleston. Parking available for approximately $6 at Jonathan Lucas Street Garage (across the street from venue). Check in at 8:45 AM. Program begins promptly at 9:30 AM. Limited number of hotel rooms available at Comfort Suites Charleston West Ashley (17 minute drive to MUSC). $254 per night for 2 queen beds; $251 for 1 king bed.
