Fireproofed Leadership training session is a one-day class being held on both July 13 and 14 in Biloxi. The class is being hosted by the Biloxi P.D. The class will begin at 9 AM each day, break for lunch, and end by 5 PM. The curriculum, which has been taught, in whole or in parts, at police leadership conferences and departments from coast to coast , is ideal for all officers aspiring to leadership, current supervisors, and command staff. It's just as relevant to anyone in fire departments, emergency services, and other government agencies whose structures and cultures make dealing with bad behavior, creating accountability, or inspiring employee ownership difficult.
