Come shake your tush with me to fire up your weekend with a fun dance cardio class! Open to ladies and gentlemen ages 12 and up.No experience needed, if you are moving you are doing it right! My Zumba class is a fun , moderate - high intensity/impact workout experience . Please bring water to stay hydrated , wear proper shoes and be ready for a great time as we groove to Latin, hip hop and even modern country rhythms ! Class will last around 40-50 min in duration and prior sign up via event brite is required . Pay at the door $10.00 cash only , and sign up is free!
