We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Seed Share event at Forgotten Traditions Homestead! As passionate homesteaders and gardeners, we believe that sharing seeds is an important part of preserving traditional agriculture and promoting sustainable food systems.
Our Seed Share will take place on March 19th, 2023 from 2-3 p.m. at Forgotten Traditions Homestead, located in South Gentry, AR. This is a free event that is open to all members of the community who are interested in exchanging seeds, learning about traditional seed saving techniques, and connecting with like-minded individuals.
During the event, you'll have the opportunity to browse a wide selection of vegetable, herb, and flower seeds that have been saved by us and other homesteaders in the area. You can also bring your own seeds to share and trade with others! We'll have experienced gardeners on hand to answer any questions you may have about seed saving, planting, and growing.
In addition to the seed exchange, we'll also have a few homestead vendors selling handmade goods, such as soaps, candles, and other natural products. Contact us if you would like to set up a table.
We hope that you'll join us for this fun and informative event, and that you'll leave with a new variety of seeds to plant in your garden this year. Please RSVP to this email if you plan to attend so we can make sure to have enough seeds and refreshments for everyone.
Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
