Pardon Me presents the case for how pardons can help uplift lower-income communities and increase money to states across our country by allowing people with criminal records the opportunity to live as full citizens. The film features the story of two people going through the pardon process in Pennsylvania (one of whom has since been pardoned) and interviews with key thought leaders including Jeff Hornstein, head of The Economy League, and Brandon Flood, former Secretary of the PA Board of Pardons.
Shuja Moore will be the featured speaker at Berks Connections/Pretrial Services (BCPS) annual Life Improvement Awards Breakfast on April 18th. For more information about that event: https://www.berksconnections.org/awards-breakfast
