Yoga Flow + Cleanup

Come flow with us at Virginia Key Beach Park, followed by a cleanup of the surrounding area! First, we flow! The 60-minute yoga class, led by local instructor and DFO team member, Bonnie Waxman, will take place in the tranquil shade of Historic Virginia Key Beach Park. Then, we will collectively clean up the beach and park area for the remainder of the time. You can expect to learn a lot about how to live closer to a zero-waste lifestyle, and have fun while doing it! What to Bring: BYOM (Bring your own mat!). Please wear closed-toed shoes and bring a reusable water bottle. Feel free to bring personal fabric gloves with palm protection, snacks, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a hat.
