✨ Sunday evening UNWIND. Join Nicole Hensch for a beginner-friendly slow flow Yoga class in a dreamy candlelit space. She has nearly 10 years of teaching experience with a soft spot for a juicy slow flow accompanied by a great playlist. Nicole Sunderland will be joining us for the evening gifting all participants a Beautycounter clean lip gloss or a Unisex clean skincare product. Not familiar with Beautycounter? They are a clean and sustainable beauty/skincare/bodycare company that Nicole Hensch has used for years & loves! There will be no presentation or sales pitch but you are welcome to chat clean products after with a N/A beverage <3 Please bring your own Yoga mat & any props you may like to use for class (optional but always welcome!)
