Join us in sacred space to experience an immersion of healing sound during the Spring Equinox gateway. Enjoy a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, drumming, Native American flute, and other beautiful sound healing instruments. A sound bath is like a vibrational massage for the body, mind, and spirit. During a sound bath, sound vibrations move throughout our bodies on a deep, cellular level and break up stagnant energy and toxins. Sound as medicine has been used in ancient cultures all around the world, and has a long list of benefits, some of which include stress reduction, boost immune system function, relieve pains/tension and anxiety, balance mind & emotions, and promote relaxation & overall well-being.​ What To Bring: -Yourself, as you are. -There are some yoga mats and blankets in the space available for use, but feel free to bring whatever would make you feel comfortable as we relax and receive sound healing. An eye mask, pillow, extra blanket, etc. -Water -Journal and pen, if you'd like. -Consider bringing an item you would like charged with your intentions and healing energy from the evening. This can also be an offering to give back to the Earth (a few examples: a flower, bowl of water, crystal). Over 10 years ago, she was guided on this path to heal at the roots and come back home to her authentic self. Sabrina currently offers public and private sound baths, circles, and workshops, as well as different kinds of private one-on-one healing sessions. The services she offers are an ever-evolving blend of her own embodied medicine & lived experience, mentorships & training with her teachers, and guided divinely by her heart, Mother Earth and Spirit. Sabrina also creates handmade crystal and stone jewelry, paintings, art, as well as grows and creates organic plant & flower medicines for the body, mind, and spirit. Sabrina loves to help people embody their true essence, and tap into their own intuition and True power. She believes that each of us carry our own answers within and have an innate ability to self-heal.
