In commemoration of Women History Month, Seattle Northeastern University is inviting students, staff, alumni and the community to join us at the "Women Who Empower" event to honor women. It is an evening panel featuring women who lead in innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The panel of three will discuss " How Community Builds Lifelong Success for Women". The panelists will share the importance of building networks, fostering bonds within the community, and investing in new friendships. Appetizers and refreshments will be served at the networking session. Celebrating 10 Years in Seattle. Bio of the speakers Cathy is the Director of Product and Technology in T-Enterprise Mobile's IT Solutions division. Cathy and her team proudly support and serve T-Front-Line Mobile's businesses with data-driven solutions that enable impactful and intentional engagements and conversations with T-Mobile customers. She spends her time interacting with her stakeholders to create solutions that carry the organization forward in unique ways and drive toward the attainment of company goals. Her background spans more than 20 years of delivering technological solutions in a variety of sectors (banking, insurance, retail, and telecommunications). Cathy is passionate about developing great teams and supporting women, youth, and people of color in attaining their personal career objectives. Her personal key values are trust, courage and growth. Soibi enjoys helping startups and rapid-growth businesses innovate and succeed. A mission-driven leader, she has almost 15+ years of strategy and operations leadership experience globally, in operations, strategy, e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, tech, and services organizations. She has worked with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 5 to operationalize and integrate new ideas and activities that deliver substantial customer value. Currently, she is working in the Office of the CTO focused on consumer products at Microsoft. In her spare time, she plays tennis and mentors founders and small businesses in developing nations. Veronica is the founder and lead scientist of data2insight LLC, a culturally responsive measurement and evaluation consulting company that is committed to partnering with people to make meaning of data to advance racial and social justice. She is passionate about supporting women in STEM.
