Join the Phenomenal ladies of Phi Upsilon Zeta chapter as we celebrate 15 years of continued service in the Loudoun County community. Finer En Blanc is our nod to the worldwide phenomenon that is Diner En Blanc, so come out in your finest all white attire! We will have games, prizes, live music provided by Mike G. & Friends, a silent auction and our signature hat parade! We will also be giving recognition & honor to several community leaders and change makers who are blazing new paths and embracing the extraordinary that exists within Loudoun County. Ticket sales will end April 8, 2023.
