Check-in at Tiny’s No. 5 to receive your entrance bracelet and map of homes on tour. *Please Note: an event wristband is required to enter all of the homes on tour. The tour will feature eight spectacular and unique homes in West University. During the tour, you’ll experience the incredible work of local builders, architects, designers, and realtors. Undoubtedly, their contributions to these remarkable homes make our neighborhood one of the most sought-after and best in Texas. A cornerstone in our beautiful neighborhood is West University Elementary School. Throughout its almost 100 years in existence, our children have been given unparalleled opportunities to learn, grow, and go forth into our world with a strong foundation built right here in our community. To continue fostering the growth and education of our youngest minds—we need your help. Funds raised through the West University Home Tour will support our students through instructional materials, technology upgrades, child advocacy, service projects, teacher professional development, art programs, playground upgrades, and library renovations and books. ******************* Name of Event: West U Home Tour (“Home Tour”) Date of Event: Sunday, April 2, 2023, 12 – 4 p.m. LIABILITY RELEASE AND WAIVER : I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my attendance, and I willingly engage in the Home Tour and release WUES Parent Teacher Organization, Inc. (“WUES PTO”) and any and all homeowners of participating properties of any claims whatsoever related thereto. I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST WUES PTO AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR OFFICERS, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT, OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS, OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION WITH THE HOME TOUR. BY ATTENDING THE HOUSE TOUR, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Responsibility for Damages: Home Tour Attendee (“Attendee”) is responsible for all damage that occurs as a result of Attendee’s fault or negligence or that of its’ guests in connection with the West U Home Tour. Attendee shall immediately report any such damage to people and/or property to the homeowner and West U Home Tour volunteers.
