Every Monday and Wednesday in March at 6:30am, Coach Gill Y with DBC Fitness San Diego is hosting a strength training class for runners. Each one hour class will include a dynamic warmup, strength circuits, and mobility work all focused on developing the strength and form necessary to run efficiently.
Each class is $25 per person. Reserve spot ahead of time and Pay Coach Gill via Venmo or Zelle after class.
Option to reserve for entire month and pay for all 9 classes for $175 total.
