This retreat is intentionally designed to create an experience that supports women as they step more fully into their power. The connections we build with one another magnify this power. You will have opportunities to participate in different group activities throughout the weekend, while also having free time to spend how you wish. Everything is completely optional, allowing you to find the balance that works best for you. Over the course of this weekend, attendees gain clarity and fortitude, embodying the knowledge that you can make your dreams a reality. Included in your stay 3 days and 2 nights at the beautiful Sophie's Gasthaus in New Braunfels, Texas. All activities, food & beverage. Transportation to/from the airport if applicable. Agenda On FRIDAY, the property will be open for check-in at 4 pm, Once you're settled in, dinner will be served at 5 pm, followed by a fireside gathering. On SATURDAY morning, a Sunrise Yoga and Meditation session will be followed by breakfast -- you'll have time to rest and digest before a series of activities including our succulent workshop, intuitive art, mindfulness coaching, and aqua sound bath experience. We'll enjoy lunch together or separately before additional activities including art and other forms of self-expression. We will send you off on SUNDAY with a fun breakfast, some movement and sparkle moments designed to support you in carrying the experience forward into your everyday life. {See additional details here} We will enjoy fabulous meals with only the highest quality ingredients, sourced from local vendors. The menu is primarily plant-based, you can enjoy your meals together or order room service for some solitude if that feels good. You will have access to the full chef’s kitchen if you want to bring or store any of your own food. Alcohol is not provided.
