Join us at this award-winning facility for a Total Boy HIIT workout (for all fitness levels!) on Saturday, April 8 at 11:00am. The event includes a workout led by ATH performance coaches on their incredible turf space (indoors and outdoors) followed by a social hour with a recovery lounge.
After class, stick around for refreshments and/or a drink provided by our friends at BODYARMOR goodies from local partners, and take advantage of post-workout recovery tools from Normatec and HyperIce.
About the workout:
It is a total body performance training session incorporating both cardio and strength. There will be elements of high-intensity exercises utilizing portable equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and bands as well as best-in-class equipment from Keiser and others. The workout will be one hour and include a warm-up.
When: Check-in begins at 10:30 AM with the class to start promptly at 11 AM.
Where: Athletic Training and Health in Allen
What to bring: Please bring sunscreen, towels, and a water bottle. Water stations are available in the facility.
Parking: Parking is available in front of the building and next to the turf. Please allow at least 10 minutes for check-in. Anyone arriving after 11 AM may not be able to join the class.
