PLEASE NOTE: This is primarily a Learning Community Immersion for those teams and individuals involved in a two-year 3DM Learning Community.  3DM Thomas Learning Community MULTIPLY JESUS SHAPED COMMUNITIES Immersion #4 | 3DM MULTIPLY Disciples Nampa Idaho | March 13-15 2023 Learning Communities are for teams of people wanting to lead movemental change. Over and over again, we've seen the only way to change a culture is to do so through teams leading this change, not just individuals. So we stongly recommend that you bring a team with you to the LC Immersions. We would urge you to bring your spouse as part of your team if at all possible. The cost of the Learning Community is based on the size of the team you choose to bring to each of the immersion experiences. The team size options also reflect the number of weekly coaching huddle places available to your team. Check your Good Faith Agreement (GFA) for specific details or email Mike McCoy at [email protected] for any further clarification on your team's agreement.  Recommended Reading Material  At this Learning Community we will regularly reference content fully explained in the 3DM books Multiplying Missional Leaders and Speak Out.These are our main resources alongside Empowering Missional Disciples and Building a Discipling Culture. If you haven't already done so, we recommend you purchase a copy of these books for each participant and bring these with you to the immersion. You can purchase these books on Amazon or here: www.3dmpublishing.com.
