In this workshop, Kat (@katandthings) will walk you through a practice guide using high quality brush pens (you will be able to take them home with you!). Learn how to connect tricky letter combinations and practice phrases to write on cards. After the instructional time, you will have time to practice and receive personalized guidance to help find your style. Whether you are a beginner or have some lettering experience, you'll be able to see the progress you've made and learn tips and tricks to help you elevate your writing. Your workshop ticket includes: -practice sheets for individual, tricky letter combos, fun phrases -different paper for practice -brush pens to take home -personalized blending palette (if you register ahead of time) About your Instructor: Kat moved to Austin last summer but has been doing calligraphy for envelope addressing, embroidery, wedding signs, and custom projects for over 8 years. These workshops are an opportunity to combine her passions for teaching and letters together and create a space for learning and growth!
