GCCV Golf Tournament Geneseo Country Club/Country View (GCCV) 18-hole Preferred Ball Golf Tournament - April 29, 2023 – Shotgun start at noon (see below flight details) Sign up and payment deadline – April 21, 2023 – Sign up required on Eventbrite. If canceled due to weather or lack of participation, the tournament will not be rescheduled. All entry fee/green fees will be refunded. Since the food will need to be ordered in advanced, the cost of dinner is non-refundable. Dinner will be at 6 pm at the Geneseo Country Club. Flight 1 begins at Country View at noon – shot gun start – please arrive by 11:30 am so play can begin at noon. Flight 2 begins at Geneseo Country Club at noon – shot gun start – please arrive by 11:30 am so play can begin at noon. After completing 9 holes, Flight 1 participants will go to the Geneseo Country Club to finish the last nine holes of the tournament. Flight 2 will finish at Country View. Participants will need to move to the next golf course in a timely fashion since you will start on the same number hole as you did on the “front’ nine. Each eight-some will consist of 4 members/participants from CV and GCC. This will enable guests at GCC to use members carts at no charge. No greens fees for paid members of CV or GCC. Entry fee - $50 which includes dinner at GCC at 6 pm. Prizes and other special events will be featured at the dinner. Participants who are not members of CV or GCC will pay a flat greens fee of $25 to be split between the clubs. Prizes will be determined once the field is filled. Once the cost of the meal is deducted from the entry fee, all proceeds will be split evening between CV and GCC. Tournament limited to 18 teams. Preferred ball (everyone hits) – 1 putt maximum and pick up.
