Join personal fitness trainer, Sainabou for a fun, high-energy, all-levels full body workout (dance party rest breaks throughout class) ALL LEVELS WELCOME as each movement will have a “low-impact” option and a more advanced option. With various movements that incorporate cardio, strength and core work, you will leave feeling very accomplished. The workout will always be what you put in it - feeling like just getting a little movement in? Perfect! keep it light and gentle. Feeling like getting extra sweaty and testing your limits? Let’s go! Whatever your body is craving - do that☺ Coming to you all the way from Atlanta, GA, Saina brings her passion for helping others heal through positivity and movement. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you find parking and can settle in without having to rush and bring a yoga mat or towel to have a more comfortable experience with your movements on the ground. Charlotte SHOUT Elemental Yoga + Fitness Series THE EXPERIENCE This outdoor series will be connecting Charlotte SHOUT visitors back with their minds and bodies. Being immersed in nature and connecting with the Earth. An ecosystem we urgently need to look after – our only home. Living a healthier more sustainable lifestyle by healing ourselves is the first step to healing our planet. Movement - Eleven all-level classes will be offered throughout the duration of the festival. Each one will be a different sequence of postures. Participants will have a new experience with every class (Restorative, Vinyasa, All-Levels body weight workout, Acro Yoga, Sound Healing, Chakra Flow, Qigong, Slow flow, Meditation) to connect the mind to the body through movement. Breath - Gain perspective by viewing the Earth at a close distance and slow down with various breathwork techniques throughout class. Awareness - We only have 1 body, we only have 1 planet. Participants will gain awareness of how their bodies feel when they move with intention, which will tie back to the ways we move throughout life in relation to Mother Earth. We’ve created this free mindfulness toolkit for you to refer back to throughout your everyday life for mindful ways to care for yourself and the planet.
