The high-touch engagement model is proven to increase care access, improve patient centricity, and reduce costs. Pack Health comprehensively addresses chronic conditions, comorbidities, social determinants, and barriers to drive results across industries, including life sciences, health systems, health plans, and research. Pack Health was acquired by Quest Diagnostics in 2022.  An avid researcher, Mazi has authored more than 85 publications since completing his bachelors of science in Biology at the College of William and Mary. He completed his MPH and MBA at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, where he went on to complete his PhD in health services administration and a fellowship at the Center for Outcomes and Effectiveness Research and Education (COERE). He then began his corporate career at Outcomes Inc, which provides company assessment services in the health education marketplace within the United States and globally. He served as President of Outcomes LLC from 2003, founded M Consulting LLC in 2013, and launched Pack Health in 2014.
