Join us in sacred space to heal, clear & release energy, ground, and embody more of your True self. Be guided via meditation and visualization to self-heal your body, mind, and spirit. Each energy healing can work with different healing guides or archetypes such as different loving Plant spirits, Flowers, Trees, Animals, celestial bodies, Mother Earth, and more. *** No energy work experience is required; everyone is capable of learning these techniques and everyone has inside the innate ability to self-heal. *** Sound healing is also woven into our time together; immerse in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drumming, Native American flutes, chimes, and other beautiful instruments. Sound healing is like a vibrational massage for the body, mind, and spirit. There will be optional time at the end to share and connect with like-minded community.​ Thursday, March 16 at Double Iris Yoga and Massage (Charles Town, WV location) 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm What To Bring: -Yourself, as you are. -There are some yoga mats and blankets in the space available for use, but feel free to bring whatever would make you feel comfortable as we relax and tune in. There are also some chairs available as well. -Water -Journal and pen if you'd like. -Consider bringing an item you would like charged with your intentions and healing energy from the evening. Over 10 years ago, she was guided on this path to heal at the roots and come back home to her authentic self. Sabrina currently offers public and private sound baths, circles, and workshops, as well as different kinds of private one-on-one healing sessions. The services she offers are an ever-evolving blend of her own embodied medicine & lived experience, mentorships & training with her teachers, and guided divinely by her heart, Mother Earth and Spirit. Sabrina also creates handmade crystal and stone jewelry, paintings, art, as well as grows and creates organic plant & flower medicines for the body, mind, and spirit. Sabrina loves to help people embody their true essence, and tap into their own intuition and True power. She believes that each of us carry our own answers within and have an innate ability to self-heal. Part of her story includes healing herself from chronic, "incurable" autoimmune dis-ease (multiple sclerosis), naturally, with no medication and following her intuition as her guide.
