Description

In this nine-week course, we will learn a dozen postures from traditional Yang style Tai Chi, including "Repulse the Monkey." We will practice a variety of solo and partner exercises, designed to help you remember, understand, apply and enjoy Tai Chi Chuan. Beginners are welcome. Experienced practitioners are also welcome. Completion of the previous session (Tai Chi 101) is not required. Instruction will be tailored to the abilities of each student.
