On behalf of the Chi Omicron Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, we are honored to have you join our mission of “Serving the City of Virginia Beach, One Neighborhood at a time”. Meet us in the Winner's Circle in your most sophisticated Kentucky Derby attire as we celebrate those who have embraced the extraordinary in scholarship and service. We will be awarding scholarships, honoring a special non-profit organization that is truly a pillar in the City of Virginia Beach, and celebrating our chapter members who have exhibited our sorority's principles set forth by our Five Triumphant Founders also known as our Five Pearls. Proceeds will be used for future scholarship and chapter endeavors. Express Yourself Scholarship Video Contest These scholarship funds are named in honor of our Triumphant Sorors.
