This is no April Fool's joke! Cowboy Chef Kent Rollins is coming back to Lehman's. Join us on April 1 for two sessions one at 10am, and one at 2pm, full of live demonstrations and delicious samples.
Hot off the press! Kent’s brand new cookbook, Comfort Food the Cowboy Way, will be available to purchase, as well as his two other cookbooks; Faith, Family & the Feast and A Taste of Cowboy. Kent will be signing books after each of his sessions.
Meet and Greets will be free but the demonstrations and lectures will be ticketed.

A little more about Kent Rollins: He is from a lost period in time and a dying state of mind, when life was simple and character was king. Kent was born and raised along the banks of the Red River near Hollis, Oklahoma. Growing up, and throughout his adulthood, Kent helped his father manage cow/calf operations in the area while also taking care of their own herd.
