WINGS for Growth is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that delivers a holistic leadership development program to professional women who are passionate about rising as leaders and are socially committed to helping others to create a multiplier effect. Our Signature Leadership development program delivered 7 cohorts with 97 graduates, 66 Mentors globally who are C-level execs, and 21 Champions who are on the path to becoming Mentors; 100% of Mentees said they were confident to take on stretch roles. This program earns mentees 9 university graduate credits. Many large companies are now clients. They send their high potential women to participate in the program. The multi-year success of our signature program has created an urgency to have a pipeline of strong mentors globally who can also help organizations create a Mentoring Culture and a sustainable future for the next generation. WINGS for Growth is launching the Global Mentorship Institute. Its mission is to multiply the impact of next-generation leaders and their mentors by Professionalizing and Institutionalizing Mentorship at the highest levels and deepening the power of a Mentoring Culture.
