In honor of Women's History Month, this class has been dedicated to the women of wellness. The menu has been created with your womb in mind! Each menu item will be based on the Sebi Nutritional guide that focuses on consuming foods that are more alkaline and less mucus forming. Additionally, all ingredients will be soy free and gluten free. The intention set for this cooking class feast is to provide a taste of how a vegan diet can be fun, fulfilling, delicious and nutritious to a womb of wellness!
Meals From The Motha LLC is all about consuming whole plants that come from the garden of mother nature. Vegan Chef and Holistic Health Advocate Koby Bluitt will demonstrate how to prepare a colorful 3-course meal including a saucy vegan tomato basil Ratatouille over a bed of zucchini noodles, a fresh salad, nutty date bar treats AND mocktails. All dishes will be made FROM SCRATCH while simultaneously enjoying intimate educational conversations about womb wellness, Chef Koby sharing her womb wellness journey and a live Q&A. After the completion of each dish you will eat and feast with your sista friends!
