Looking for something enjoyable and healthy to do on a Friday night? Join us for this month's FREE First Friday Yoga Flow - a warm room and a slow all levels yoga flow with plenty of stretching to end your week right! Bring a spouse, a friend, or a neighbor to join you. All levels welcome, ages 15 & up. We have extra yoga mats to borrow, if needed. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
