Celebrating Women's History Month, we're hosting a 5k group run followed by a panel focusing on Training as a Female Athlete. The panel includes running coach Jes Woods, FLPT physical therapist specializing in female athletes, Sam Jacobsen, and performance and women's health nutritionist, Mel Sulaver. We'll have a couple of treats* from some of our favorite women-owned businesses and photographer Cristina Suciu!
