How it works: Just bring a yoga mat and wear something comfy and perhaps a blanket if you get cold easily. Our ExperienceAbout Justin: Justin has been playing music for 25+ years. In his earlier days, his focus was on playing the bass, touring North America playing in bands, and working the music industry. After a journey of self discovery and addiction recovery, Justin transformed his passion for music from entertainment to healing. In February 2022, he hit his first milestone of 5 years sober. Through yoga, meditation, and cultivating a strength in spirit, he has been able to overcome this battle with Divine Grace.
