Families are required to sign-up on Eventbrite for their preferred week and submit non-medical paperwork by April 30th. Space is limited. If non-medical paperwork is not submitted by April 30th, you will be removed from the sign-up. Students have until May 31st to submit medical paperwork, which includes a physical exam from a doctor. Families will drop their youth off at Elevate Youth Headquarters in Dorchester Monday morning and pick up on Wednesday afternoon.
