Join us for a fun day of volunteering to celebrate Earth Month! Let's work together to steward the 108 trees that were planted in 2019 and ensure they continue to grow healthy and strong. Volunteers will receive a brief education on tree types and care instructions before assisting with tree assessments, light pruning, and mulching. Please remember to: Wear Sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots with good traction.Long pants and long-sleeved shirts to protect your skin from scratches and insect bites.Layers of clothing appropriate for the weather conditions.A hat or cap to protect your head and face from the sun.Bring A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.Sunscreen and bug spraySnacks if you're a snack-y personA positive attitudeIf you registered for the event and have to cancel, please get in touch with [email protected] We look forward to seeing you there!
