Description

Cassie Bosse (3rd Degree Black Belt in ITF Taekwon-Do) & Tia Stone (Red Belt in ITF Taekwon-Do; also a Credentialed Advocate -Victim Services- from the Nation Advocate Credentialing Program) will be hosting and teaching this event. We will be teaching quick releases, pressure points, and effective and fast strikes to help get you out of a bad situation. We will go over the importance of situational awareness, and give you tips to help you stay safe. Come join us, you're guaranteed to leave with useful techniques, knowledge, and a gift from us!
